@Equifax Been receiving several emails over last few weeks asking me to update payment card details. I don't & never wanted this subscription & then find SOMEHOW you've found my new card details & continued taking £7.95 from my account!! I never authorised this? Illegal surely!🤬

@SwintonGroup Can someone please explain why it has been two weeks with still no refund? This was a cancellation of a quotation on 23rd July where a £108 deposit (taken from my account in hours!) was taken. Was promised refund in 3-5 days. Still waiting!!??
