That will most definitely be a factor but fear will also be playing a large part in this. Also less alcohol related violence is questionable given the recent surges to domestic violence helplines - it’s probably just shifting into more covert situations...

March A&E attendance in England is concerning. This data suggests there will be a secondary curve in deaths for all those people with serious illnesses going untreated due to #covid19 #coronavirus. Nice chart @claire4helm @NHSProviders 😊
