@easyJet our outbound flight was cancelled and we were told our whole booking would be refunded but we had a notification to say you were going to be welcoming us today. Cannot get through to the call centre - can you confirm this is the case?

@greateranglia By making announcements on where all trains are stopping, putting 12 carriage trains on rather than 8 and getting trains to stop additionally at stations like shenfield

@UPS_UK I have never had such a hard time having something delivered or trying to contact customer services. No one seems to know where my package is - what do I do?!
