Gratitude is the word of the day.

I arrived at Elmwood at 8 am yesterday and left when the sun was setting. In between there was 36 holes of golf with friends, new and old. Lots of laughs, a few swear words, and some friendly competition.

Grateful for perfect weather. Grateful for a beautiful golf course. Grateful for an awesome head pro, super, assistant pro, GM, head chef, staff and fellow members who all contributed to make the 2nd Annual Elmwood X Invitational a hit.

And, lastly, grateful for all the people who traveled from near and far to play and share camaraderie that only golf can provide.
