Can we stop using this shot/angle to watch an entire rally please? Literally cannot see what is actually going on, see the lines etc. @BBCSport@Wimbledon@bbcPoV
@wilo2_afc At certain games/tournaments when the heat/humidity has been extreme, they've had drinks breaks. This is fine for player welfare. This is not what is happening here. These conditions do not justify a break. You don't need a PhD to see it's a mandated way to maximise advertising
@wilo2_afc The weather in Boston is 26 degrees Celsius and 49% humidity, that's mild. Hydration breaks have been used occasionally in extreme conditions but this is clearly a FIFA mandated advertising revenue maker
@Iantoapdafydd@jesslarner94 Guessing it's a no but do all they hold any tickets for the general sale? Was 10 minutes late logging in to presale, couldn't get any and thought might be because I was in France ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
@will789gb@Samfr@jamesrbuk They most definitely do realise this but still have to work in an alternate reality with most of these ridiculous populist ideological whims
So, the next time someone thinks they're being smart by telling you they "should have stayed in France"...
here's the @JCWI_UK 5-step guide to responding, which doesn't involve pointing out how deeply they are lacking in either humanity or imagination...
#bbcqt audience member has spent the last 30 years as a director in the wine industry & he's experienced 1st hand just how terrible things have become post-brexit... everything has become so much more complicated... people can tell untruths time & time again...
@RandallNortham @Eesy20@RealKevinPalmer@nevervotedtory1 He gave the first one for the foul on Saka. Fair enough having an opinion on the ref's performance but at least get the basics right to back it up
