@vinezy @TidewayScullers @HenleyRC We were just saying how quickly the @tssjuniors loaded...
Its easy to be efficient when you leave some behind.

WHAT 👏 A 👏 RACE 👏

@CamillaHadland and @its_ritchie_500 can barely catch their breath as 4 boats battle it though to the line in the A Final of the U19 women’s eights 🚣‍♀️

0.24 seconds separate 1st and 4th but it’s the #GBRowingTeam who take gold! 🥇

The snow might be falling this week but, between flurries, our fab crocus carpets are bringing us (& resident cat Lord Roscoe) so much joy 🤩
Why not warm chilly hands with a cuppa in our café while you visit? 🫖

On the fact that performance and participation need not be mutually exclusive... Practically, resource constraints often make it look like they are, but making time for everyone reaps rewards

[Sian Allen @DrSianAllen]

If you're interested in creating more high performers...

Here's 3 strategies:

1. Make everyone better (increase the mean)

So if they both muster knights and archers in their respective dukedoms then advance at similar speeds, the battle will take place somewhere on the northern fringe of London, maybe in car park at the Waltham Cross Homebase
