@JamesOKeefeIII @POTUS Lies. Heritage Foundation researched the heck out of this in a major study. They found less than 100 examples of non citizens voting US-wide, over the course of the decade.
Cali does allow some non-citizens to vote in city-wide elections, not not state or federal elections.
