They canceled without hesitation and issued travel credit for the full amount of my booking

@laurishly @bwana3mmm @StarWishin @vayama @AmericanAir Yep. Called the number and keyed in my reservation number and due to call volume they said they would call me back when it was my turn. Got a call back about 2 hrs later and they cancelled and awarded the flight credit.

@bwana3mmm @StarWishin @vayama Yep. Had that plan in my back pocket ready to deploy if I needed to. I called the airline, and, even though my reservation said I had to handle any changes to my itinerary through the travel agency I booked with, they took care of it right away for me.
