🐛Windows11 的 IExplorerCommand+Sparse Manifests注册架构，想改下一级菜单也太难了吧🤯

举个栗子🌰：
想删除"Edit with Notepad"？
1️⃣先挖出应用的CUID（可劲搜吧）
2️⃣注册表新建Blocked项（原来没有的）
3️⃣加一行字符串值（就当注释了）
这届右键菜单是给M$工程师自己玩的吧🤦想自己加条目更是难

@wangji2016 @KKaWSB 因为Win11新版右键走的是IExplorerCommand，不是原来的IContextMenu接口了
但问题是没几个开发者愿意折腾MSIX打包、要不然就是Sparse Packages，重点是他们都强制需要证书签名
