I buy Fastrack spects two months before but the temple of a spects was damaged. It was a physical damage and I was ready to buy the temple or side handle but company saying it won't comes. If temple is not replacing when customer ready to buy then it's waste to purchase items.

@Fastrack @titaneyeplus If a manufacturer or company does not provide individual spare parts and instead forces customers to purchase an entirely new product for a single failed component, such a business practice should be seriously questioned.
