@jimcramer Hi Jim, mathmatically.. if Someone can sell 1.4 shares for every 1 that exists, doesn’t that manipulate the stock below any normal market equilibrium?
@carlquintanilla Carl, are you upset he made money? He bought a stock. Isn’t that the reason people buy stock? It isn’t even an outside activity. You guys are way too cozy with status quo. Hedge fun guys shorting companies out of business, laughing rich, while $15hr employees lose jobs... sad..
@CNBCFastMoney@MadMoneyOnCNBC@jimcramer@MelissaLeeCNBC Part 2: The only shares eligible to be lent are A) held in a margin account, b) against a margin balance. No stock should EVER have 100% short interest. Ever. Why is that not the issue. Cant sell my house twice!
@CNBCFastMoney@jimcramer@MelissaLeeCNBC Question: why aren’t we asking the question of: How can a company be allowed to have 140% short interest? Every Prime Broker on the street played a role in lending those shares? Why is that the retail traders fault?
@CNBC@jimcramer Hi Jim, you are the best representation of retail clients that we have. How about if no CNBC pundits are allowed to promote their book for 60 Days? @grassosteve pumped 3 sub $1 billion spac’s in a row, $BFT, $STPK, and $LAZR- moved market 10%+ each time.
@GuyAdami How does a hedge fund even earn its name, if the can’t hedge out a risk on 1 position that can blow it out of the market, and out of existence? Not very good at hedging..
@ScottWapnerCNBC your missing the big picture. Boo hoo. Short Seller Andrew Left can build a short position, come on CNBC, crush longs, crush Retail, profiteer off of it, and you have NO PROBLEM with that? But retail pushes back, and you have a problem.. sad. @chamath is 100%
@ScottWapnerCNBC @chamath is right.
Your reporting was biased today. Hedge funds shorting companies out of business, results in thousands of lost jobs, for what, so hedge funds can distribute dollars to rich people? Retail is NOT the problem. The financial game IS BIASED.
