This is how @makemytrip seize the hard earned money of the customers and tortures us. In place of 4551 they are offering 1100. I paid 4551 for a single night and didn’t stayed there even for half an hour. Make my trip is total fraud. @ashokgehlot51 @RanveerOfficial

@RanjanAbhishek9 @makemytripcare @ashokgehlot51 @RanveerOfficial Yes they take prepaid payment and show fake pics of the hotel and amenities but they are all to befool customers after which we are left with no option but to beg for our refund. @makemytrip is just to defraud us.

@makemytripcare I’ve been cheated & badly harrased by mmt. I paid ₹4551 to mmt & booked cosmopolitan hotel in Jodhpur on 25th oct. which was really unhygienic. With immediate effect I had to leave the hotel but mmt is not refunding my amt. with clear intentions of defrauding me.

@makemytripcare I booked hotel in jodhpur via mmt. Room was stinking, bedsheet etc were stained. I changed the room but situation was same. Mmt charged 4551 for a night whereas the rent of the hotel is 2500. Unhygiene made me to book another hotel without using any service here.

@ashokgehlot51 I’ve been cheated in ur constituency Jodhpur by @makemytrip They showed fake pics of the hotel & charged 4551 for a night. Hotel ws very unhygienic so I had to book another hotel immediately, but now it’s been 6 days mmt is torturing me & not returning my amount.
