@vineerpasam I ask it to brainstorm and give options. 40% of the time I don't pick it's recommended option. But otherwise: Either treat it like a junior dev so must point a solution path from the start or treat it as senior and let it pick the solution path with occasional course corrections.

A few years ago, I've had such a nice experience using Vagrant (on windows)... Setup was simple and using ruby was much better than a Dockerfile. Now in 2025, I am pulling teeth while trying to get a ubuntu guest machine usable on an ubuntu host. Pro tip: Use the main drive.

@linusgsebastian Get a company wide assistant. This person being responsible for organizing the daily agenda for management level staff, and solve some logistic issues company wide. This way the person is not just doing your stuff, but rather has a role in the company to support a lot of people.
