Alhamdulilah my experience at LAE taught me a tremendous amount and I had to grow up quick!

Crazy thing about the LAE stuff is that I haven’t even gone into anything in any real detail. More so - we were a bunch of 16/17 year olds having to balance all this whilst studying for our AS exams.

I felt lost and alone thinking my future had been ruined. The following September I joined another school, finished my A levels and got into university. I’m currently studying law, running a homeware business (@sayaluxx) and pursuing a fintech.

Instead, the next morning my parents received a phone call saying I was no longer a student at the school.

From December to September 2015 I was out of education and it was probably the most depressing few months of my life.
