The reply says you have verified and the products you sent is the correct product. That's not the issue here.
Yes, It's the same product as shown on the app without that brand name on tag
@MyntraSupport Both products seem to have been sourced from a supplier who hasn't put the exact tag of the Brand name being used by @myntra instead they put a generic tag with some pattern on it.

@meesho_support Wondering how brilliant your backend checks are ๐ .. The box packaging was intact but as informed, bx-13 was not found inside the box & seems like a packaging error from the seller. You must connect with the seller & they should have the qty showing in their physical inventory.

@ViCustomerCare Both the Vi connections are on an annual billing plan from Sep'24 till Aug'25. With no signal for 72+ days, we have already lost the amount associated with the recharge. There is no clarity on its return. The only option left for us is to port out of Vi & move to Jio or Airtel.
