@GoogleUK how long to take and many times do you think it's acceptable to have to send a phone back for repair? I sent my Pixel fold away on the 25th Aug - it is now the 2nd October and despite 3 times it's been sent to you and returned I STILL don't have a working device!
@Uber can you please explain to myself why it took 15 minutes for a driver to turn up after 2 previous drivers cancelled 5 mins after accepting the ride! This is happening all too frequently now, your driver's should be penalised for doing it and the customer compensated for it!
@AmazonHelp No it doesn't help when your customer service advisor tells you that the refund will be processed as soon as UPS pick the item up!
Or is lying to customers helping us build Earth's Most Customer-Centric Company?
@AmazonUK do you really think it's acceptable to make a customer wait 12 days for a refund on an order that was the wrong item in the box despite your customer services telling me I'd be refunded when UPS collected the item?

@QuickBooksUK so when exactly are we going to see these so called improvements you keep bumping the price up over? Your app is still the same crappy laggy unreliable tosh it has been for years yet my sub has now doubled from when I signed up!
