I don’t hate women. I just hate what radical feminism has done to our institutions. Boy Scouts is just one casualty. Equal pay for equal work - YES ABSOLUTELY. Equal Opportunity - YES ABSOLUTELY. But if you think “Women’s Health” = Abortion on demand then you’re sick. 60 million Americans who would be here otherwise. Half the abortions are women. 40% are American Blacks. Who has drunk the Koolaid? And to get to “Pro-Abortion belief system” one has to adopt post-modern philosophy where you believe TRUTH doesn’t exist. And every belief system is relative. This is killing our civilization one institution at a time. (Media, Education, …). Your post-modern inter-sectionality will come for you “so-called moderates” after the Christians and Jews have been silenced and the True Liberals are completely marginalized.

Depending on your timeframe. I know gay men who resigned their positions with Boy Scouts circa 2006 because BSA prohibited Gay men from being leaders. Unfortunately BSA abandoned this principled decision (yes principled even if you disagree) and did a complete 180 about 4 yrs later. Scouting and young men are the real losers.

You should be more informed. There were a handful of legitimate cases. But the relaxed rules put in place for lawyers and claims turned it into a feeding frenzy. Statutes were repealed to allow lawyers to the trough. Only lawyers got any money. BSA declared bankruptcy. BSA had a 40 yr policy on two depth leadership - protective systems were robust…. But one cannot contain the sharks when the smell of money is in the water.
