I hear you, and I agree with your intention and wish, but I think it may be unreasonable to expect this woman to be in front of Iranian officials without honoring their cultural expectation. If she had flung off her hijab, her meeting would have been over before it started. That was not her plan. Her plan was a meeting. Is that a reasonable interpretation of the situation?
@FIFAcom@FIFAWorldCup@sfchronicle No, you haven't paid me the big bucks for professional services related to why it feels like a FLOP in Santa Clara. But let me explain-
1. the tickets are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE.
And not just for 'best' seats, dog seats too!
Only Trump's Gang of Big-Money-Pals can afford a seat.
2. We are pro attendees and FIFA gave us high school quality games. Argue with me, we are the buyers, and it is true. give us poor games, we give you little ticket sales. You are insulting us.
You can Pro-Mo a Big Extravaganza, but we the buyers see a scam-for dollars happening in our backyard, and we've seen it before.
The way FIFA builds a day in our hood, well no, we'll skip it thank you.

@DrNeilStone Yes, yes, he is in! He's in a secure room in the back playing with dead bear heads... he'd love to see you! Wear some plastic over your clothes. It can get messy.
@WhiteHouse@realDonaldTrump remember to share with them how they WIN with America buying 10 Billion Dollars of Argentine Beef! They will LOVE it, and it's making you RICH!
I'm SURE the American Farmers WIN in this somehow. Right?
This is so insanely corrupt, I can’t even believe it.
More than half the donors to Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom just won over $50 billion in new federal contracts in six months.
And here’s the part that should make your blood boil.
Sixteen of these 27 donors were facing federal enforcement actions, antitrust reviews, labor cases, securities charges. Many of those cases have been quietly dropped or scaled back since Trump took office. You write a check, your legal problems disappear. That’s not a coincidence.
The White House won’t even release the full donor list. They’re hiding it on purpose, because daylight is the one thing pay-to-play can’t survive. A federal judge already ruled ballroom construction has to stop until Congress authorizes it.
Government is supposed to serve the people, not auction itself off to the highest bidder. When access goes to whoever pays the most, working families always end up paying the price.
We either end the corruption, or the corruption will end us.

At 4am, Senate Republicans gave the greenlight for the IRS to drop ALL investigations into Trump and his family.
That means if Trump is evading taxes, we’ll never know.
I have a bill to make this illegal. And I won’t stop fighting to get it done.
