@AvantiWestCoast I'm not sure this one arrived late? It arrived about 40 minutes ago. The National Rail app simply says it's delayed but gives no timing. It's not clear if we're leaving soon or should switch to another train going to Euston as one just pulled in to the platform next to us

@AvantiWestCoast Hi again, is there any info on why this train is not departing? It arrived at Manchester Piccadilly on time and has now just been sitting on the platform for half an hour when it should have left 10 mins ago, and we've had no explanation.

@AvantiWestCoast Thanks Mike, tried that and coach D is much more sensible. Suggest the driver advise people not to sit in coach E even if they have a reservation there because it is a sauna.

@TLRailUK Is this backed up all the way to Farringdon, outside which my current train is stuck, or is this a separate problem?

Either way can you let drivers know what's going on - our poor driver has no idea why we're stuck.

@unoherts one of your drivers just turned up (around 9:05, I think delayed from an earlier time) at St Albans Station with a bus half full of passengers (so clearly in service) but making it look like it wasn't in service, parked up, refused to let anyone one and then drove off.
