Horrible response from @EurekaForbes team. Have made multiple calls in last 10 days to the customer care yet no one is coming to repair the aquaguard i bought just a month back. Is there anyone from the team who could help?

@EurekaForbes I followed up again on customer care number, and i was told only thing they could do is escalate the complain and wait. I am waiting for last 15 days. @jagograhakjago @nch1915 also launched a complain ok consumer helpline yet it is not getting resolved.
