@EurekaForbes I followed up again on customer care number, and i was told only thing they could do is escalate the complain and wait. I am waiting for last 15 days. @jagograhakjago@nch1915 also launched a complain ok consumer helpline yet it is not getting resolved.
@EurekaForbes I would like to bring it to your notice, still no technician has reached out. I would request your team either take your product back and refund my money and change the product itself.
