@FantasticCCare Have you tried to get past your own automated customer care telephone system? And I did try the live chat but none available so was directed to phone in only to get stuck in your Fantastic loop of calls all routed to a dead end. Low effort or a lack of care/ thought to UI
@Fantastic 2/3 despite emailing, logged a chat and not seeing the card on my account they still bill the old card I agreed to use once!? The instant quote thing would be great and set you apart but it is very often restricted and results in a 'we need more info we will call...
@Fantastic 3/3 booking engine could be great if u gave it some more attention and thought. Gives impression of exhaustive list of possible jobs but in reality isn't and the selection of correct job type is badly thought through. Is that franchisee controlled too? thanks
@Fantastic how come the booking platform is so clunky and basic? Is it Franchisee managed or central? The Creditsn remaining gives no info beyond amount left despite inviting you to click it, the accounts team bill a card I used once for Plumbing 1/3
@TowerHamletsNow the traffic TEC have said I need to speak to you today about a parking pcn. EVERY option says go online , why do you make it impossible to speak to someone when an urgent call is needed?
