Given the stated capacity of a bus, as shown below, what do toddlers and babies in pushchairs count as?
They aren't standing, nor sitting on bus seats, so what is the capacity?
How are pushchair users counted?
How do they fit in with capacity requirements?

Please can you make better provision for prams on your HSTs, such that wheelchair spaces aren't abused for pushchairs like this?
Also: carriage 42206 your interior carriage door by your disabled toilet doesn't shut, so I'm getting distressing train noise.

Guards on @CrossCountryUK show complete contempt for booked wheelchair spaces, and the people who book them.
This guy https://t.co/dMZYLCv4WW treated me terribly - and thought I was the unreasonable one.
Disabled people are 4th Class citizens...
