@FlySWISS I have been waiting since 04/04/20 for a refund of £3555.88 for cancelled flights. The contact centre cannot give me a Uk address for Swiss, the refund department doesn’t have a phone number.. HELP

@VueHelp Thanks Julie. I didn’t know him just saw his dilemma and spoke to him. It was Last Christmas, 1.50pm showing, screen 8 on 23/11. Group of 6-8 buying disabled or left hand front seats (back to screen). Could u contact them? They know I’m talking to you with their consent.

@VueHelp Gunwharf-disabled seating appalling. 6ft space away from a 20ft screen. How the hell can anyone watch a film from that position. Gentleman had to crawl on his hands and knees to get into the front row to gain a bit of distance to watch a film he had paid for. Disgusted!
