Remember to take time out for yourself, follow up on connections made, always do what you say you're going to do and don't feel pressurised to get the 'perfect job' straight off the scheme! Always be kind, you never know what anyone else is going through.

This wonderful human being.. my Mom just reached 90. A fact that she doesn’t accept.. having dementia allows you to do that.
