@SkyHelpTeam That sounds like something wasn’t fine your end if multiple customers reported issues, but your systems aren’t able to alert problems sufficiently well enough. Also, on that basis I’m not sure how you’re able to reassure me it won’t happen again?

@SkyHelpTeam Nope - it wouldn’t load, very disappointing given this is a paid service. I’m pretty confident that everyone with their hacked fire sticks had no issues- Sky need to put the right investment into this app as you’re handing customers reasons to leave
