@GrulkeLamonte Lastly, once tile installed, finish carpentry can now come and do cabs (or cab company) and then int trim, which you can trim to both cabs and tile. Also best to now prime with all trim up. Painter could have saved a trip and imo think a better paint job when all primed together.
@GrulkeLamonte Yeah, few outliers (backsplash). Few reasons, tile is a dirty trade. Donโt want my pretty Cabs next to those guys. Decent amount of traffic w tile install. Cabs will get banged up. Also trying to cut tile around specific cabs ends looks weird and again causes dings. Contโฆ.
@conn_or10@shawngorham Better to dirty up outside concrete walkway than the inside walking surfaces. If I can, I try to pour most concrete surfaces as soon as Utilites/UGโs are in. Makes for a clean and efficient jobsite. Itโs getting pressure washed no matter what.
@clownworld Not just him. EPA been doing it for years. I can no longer get the water heater I currently have in use, a 80 gallon electric. Biggest is a 50 now for electric . Good chance my next purchase will need to be (2) 50โs. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
@LFG9412 @BowTiedBroke Some ones thinks the excavator, gas, insurance, hauling, business license, etc. are all free uh? If the operator owned all above then yes, his value is 300/hr. However he is just an operator with zero liability/responsibility at end of day so 30/hr is fair.
