So, the real question here is … if this exact action was in our penalty area and by assumption given as a penalty - would it then been overruled given the clear touch (in line with the above precedence? ) … 🤔

@JustEatUK appalled at your customer service on a claim for food delivered 2 hours 6 minutes late. In the end we had to get food elsewhere due to the wait but couldn’t cancel as driver had been issued

5 days on you’re still citing cold food policy despite giving full history 🙄
