@Uber_India @Uber_Support your services are pathetic. Drivers are declining to come at pick up. Asking for personal rides for double the fare. Not canceling my booking neither moving in my direction. And when I cancel for retrying booking, you are charging me cancellation fees.

Need company owned taxi services like @BluSmartIndia again. Services of @Uber_India @Olacabs @rapidobikeapp are pathetic. Drivers are hooligans. Asking to cancel and go on their own with steeply hiked fares. There will be no redress of greviances if any.
