@NebulaAI I've been using Nebula for 48 days. It's been great. Built 1) a custom CRM that sends me follow up email daily, 2) research for my weekly newsletter, 3) research for social posts. I'm going to build out a workflow to enrich data for a project with the Virtual Computer.
@VincentRK@ASH_hematology MYELOMA360 created a report on ~100 myeloma abstracts by key themes (before the late breakers were released). Post-meeting will have updated data. Access it here: https://t.co/2Eg14eyUmZ
@VincentRK Great advice.
I wonder why more myeloma experts are not posting to boost their visibility.
Tip # 1 is especially true: "also give your take on it as well." If it is important enough to post, say why.
@mtmdphd@ASH_hematology I am not sure why they changed their way of posting but definitely makes it confusing. I'm guessing the abs25-xxxx numbering is what will endure.
@gregisenberg It takes more effort to comment. But the fact people bookmark tells you they like the content. It probably should be more valuable to the algorithm than likes. I often bookmark content and not hit the like button.
Replying just for you ๐
There is huge value in your content.
@KolPulseAI Nice breakdown of the situation. It would be good to know who reached out in support of Dr. West.
The survival data needs to mature for this to be a true win.
@gregisenberg I thought California made this illegal with their "click-to-cancelโ law. (just watched the episode so I'm late to the game). I think a few other states have similar laws.
@VikashSparxIT@heyrobinai I just tried it yesterday. Burned through 13M tokens in one day trying to get OAuth and database set up. This was for an app I was working on. Started with my GitHub code so wasnโt from scratch. So much for my 14 day trial. And that was with a bonus 10M tokens.
It's been about 25 years since I had a fax machine in my home office. My kids don't even know what a Fax machine is!
OK, rant over... I have to go find an online fax service ๐ ๐คฆโโ๏ธ

The Healthcare Payer Market is broken.
Antiquatied slow systems and terrible customer service are the norm. ๐ข
I just spent 25 minutes on an online chat with Anthem's Customer Service trying to find a way to submit a form without faxing it. Yes Faxing!
Spoiler: there isnโt one
No upload option. No online form. Justย download, print, sign, and FAX - in 2025! WTF!
Worse โ they then told me to call Customer Service. I thought I was chatting with Customer Service. UGH!
I just joined Category Newsletter Creator by @dickiebush and @Nicolascole77.

@arvidkahl Curious to see how good it will be. I currently โrockโ high end hearing aids after years of concerts & loud music. Mine have been programmed using in ear measurement so they are as good as it gets but cost $4-6K. So even if they are close, it will be awesome
@ShaanVP There are sites like https://t.co/cenpZkvp8m where you can request W-9s and issue 1099s. If you are always paying the same people every year their info is saved and it is easy to issue in subsequent years. But yes-should be easier
@quivr_brain Trying to get this to work but all chats fail. Uploaded a number of docs but nothing. API key is in. The few that "worked" said -I'm sorry, but I cannot provide...
