I don’t think I’ve seen a single social media comment/post that was ever positive about Sam Matterface as a commentator.

Surely @ITV monitor this and should realise that most fans have not taken to him.

Commentators should enhance the watching experience. Sadly, he doesn’t.

A woman shared footage showing that her cat never leaves the side of her newborn baby, not even for a moment. She even said that when the baby falls asleep, the cat curls up next to the baby and sleeps alongside it.

She also added this note to her post:

"My cat gave birth recently, but due to a premature birth, all of her kittens sadly passed away. She probably associates my baby's scent with the scent of her own kittens. That's why she thinks the baby is her own and never leaves its side."

We asked for a partial refund or a voucher and there was zero acknowledgement of this request in the generic crappy response from B&Q.

How can a huge company like yours operate like this? It’s not good enough. We will be avoiding you wherever possible unless this is addressed.

.@bandq_help my wife and I are really disappointed by frankly rubbish customer service from a recent order. Basic things should have happened that did not, and when we’ve complained to B&Q CS the response has been frustratingly generic.

As a bare minimum B&Q should be able to inform customers that a delivery isn’t going to happen with an issue like this, and automatically rearrange a delivery.

Eventually we received the item but there was no proactive communication from B&Q…
