Comunicato stampa:

"Si fermano per lo sciopero nazionale proclamato per lunedì 3 anche i lavoratori e le lavoratrici dell’azienda CallCenterOne ( la mia azienda! ndr) che manifesteranno a Cagliari in piazza delle vittime del Moby Prince dalle 9 e 30, sotto il palazzo dell’Enel. La scelta del luogo non è casuale, visto che i circa 200 lavoratori della sede cagliaritana si occupano delle commesse affidate in appalto da Enel Energia, Agos e Unisalute.

Le ragioni della mobilitazione sono legate al contratto al ribasso sottoscritto dall’associazione datoriale Assocontact (della quale fa parte CallCenterOne), con un sindacato non rappresentativo, la Cisal, che ha ridotto le tutele e il reddito riportando indietro di decenni le condizioni dei lavoratori dei call center.

“Chiediamo rispetto e l’applicazione del contratto collettivo delle telecomunicazioni per donne e uomini che da tantissimi anni, con grande professionalità, si occupano di gestire le problematiche della clientela di @enelenergia, @agos e @UniSalute_, hanno detto i segretari regionali Slc @cgilnazionale, @fistelcisl e @UilcomUil Alessandro Randaccio, Omar Marras, Pierpaolo Secchi e Marianna Stara. L’appello dei sindacati va quindi anche alle committenti, che ai loro lavoratori applicano contratti sottoscritti dalle confederazioni Cgil, Cisl e Uil: “Riteniamo inaccettabile che, invece, quando affidano attività in appalto, se ne infischino delle norme e dei contratti applicati dalle aziende che si aggiudicano le commesse”.

Il rispetto chiesto da sindacati e lavoratori sembra purtroppo rappresentare un valore sconosciuto ad @assocontact, considerato che, nello stesso momento in cui era in corso la trattativa per il rinnovo del contratto collettivo nazionale delle telecomunicazioni - con l’obiettivo di recuperare la pesante inflazione degli ultimi tre anni - ha preferito sottoscrivere con la Cisal un contratto che bypassa la clausola sociale, taglia del 50% le ore di permesso, riduce i giorni totali di conservazione del posto di lavoro in caso di malattia, elimina gli scatti automatici e fa un uso persino peggiorativo delle già discutibili norme sul controllo a distanza, prevede un aumento risibile di soli 7 euro.

Val la pena sottolineare che l’azienda Innova Semplice, che opera sempre a Cagliari su commesse simili e fa parte di Assocontact, al contrario di CallCenterOne ha comunicato ai sindacati che applicherà correttamente il contratto collettivo delle telecomunicazioni. Un segnale positivo per Slc @cgilnazionale, @FISTelNazionale Cisl e Uilcom Uil, che auspicano un ravvedimento anche da parte di CallCenterOne e, in ogni caso, sollecitano un intervento da parte delle committenti, Enel Energia, Agos e Unisalute.

Tra qualche giorno si scende in piazza a Cagliari per manifestare sul mancato rinnovo del ccnl tlc e conseguente modifica del contratto che passerà su ccnl commercio in assoluto svantaggio, rispetto a quello attuale. Ci serve che la stampa se ne occupi. 🙏🏻
