@TK_HelpDesk can someone update me as to why TK1915 this evening has been cancelled please? As I’ve been left in the dark prior to my first flight and now am out of pocket for onward travel once I reach the uk.
@qrsupport absolutely shocking display of customer service from @qatarairways where they’ve left passengers stranded in Hong Kong on a diverted flight for over 10 hours with no information regarding an onward flight, 1 food and beverages voucher and not one Qatar agent available.
@RoyalMailHelp do you actually respond to the DM’s you ask people to send, or is this just another way of mugging people off? DM sent well over 24 hours ago followed up with two other messages and still@no response.
@RoyalMailHelp could someone assist me with a parcel that said it’s been delivered but hasn’t please. No note through the door and none of the neighbours are in receipt of it. I’ve tried doing the claim on line yet it keeps mugging me off saying I have to wait 10 working days.
@SmythsToysUK absolutely disgraceful behaviour with misleading the customers by labelling over the ‘online membership only’ parts of the games. No refunds given on the fact the wrapping was taken off the game and the online code was untouched.
