You wouldn't compare Bakugo to OPM God and say he wins because God is featless atm. Reze holds back the entire time and then removed from the story, we don't have enough.

If she transforms parts of her into explosives and hits you with them, until she's out of blood, this does nothing to her durability or firepower except to shorten the time she can continue doing that before she gets more blood
