@comfysarah @TheEcho13 Scientifically, you'd have to do an absolute boatload of research to demonstrate that the sleep/lack of sleep is the major cause of varying longevity. And "adapting better to a short sleep cycle" is more likely something you'd test against, say, cognitive ability, not life span.
