Once I reach 52~53kg I’m gonna buy lots of size s cloths since my measurements will be a little close to it so I can be more motivated to lose more weight

When should i include metab day ( one a week ) in my diet? I’m eating 800~1k cals everyday and workout + 10k steps five days a week, do I include it now or wait until I see that my weight plateau?
I was thinking of eating 1600cals once a week, the rest is 800~1k cals ( °ヮ° ) ?
@Nastyenkax Just eat less you don’t have to workout, and you don’t even have to have big deficit, small one is fine you will still lose weight but in slower period

I was doing 30~40k steps that just made me feel horrible physically and mentally
And I felt soo hungry all the time so I just stopped
I don’t know why I keep comparing myself to others people bodies, I was 103kg and now I’m in healthy weight range so of course I won’t be like someone who was 60 then dropped to 45 or less , they won’t have loose skin like me, I always try to remember that so I don’t hate my body
