I completely understand as I am going through this with @Square for over 3 months when it comes to customer service. I guess small businesses need to know about this now !!!

@Square my funds of over 15K have been withheld by square for no reason for over 138 days now and as a small business owner that’s the worst thing I have ever gone through. No reply to emails at all for over 30 days. Absolutely unacceptable. People please share your experience!

@tierscooters I just rented the scooter for the first time in UAE Abu Dhabi and I had the 15 mins free code from the scooter and I was still charged 20 AED 3 times on my card. There is no customer service to contact

@YasWaterworld after being a annual pass holder for 5 years and enjoying several birthday parties. This venue is now the absolutely worst choice for kids birthday parties in UAE. They want to charge for parents to drop kids off to attend the party. Bad business decision

@ShopandShip Hands down the worst company to deal with in UAE. A package can travel from NY to UAE in 3 days but from Muroor Abu Dhabi to home (9 KM) can take days without any explanation. Wish had other options available to us
