We formally put Vanity Fair and Condé Nast on notice regarding the false and defamatory allegations published about our client, Jared Kushner.

Serious questions are now being raised about the credibility of this reporting, including by independent journalists.

Despite repeated requests, the author has failed to produce a single bank statement, wire transfer record, account number, or other verifiable evidence supporting these extraordinary accusations.

We have seen no indication that Vanity Fair conducted any independent verification of these claims before publishing them.

We call on Vanity Fair to clarify publicly whether it independently verified these allegations and, if so, what evidence supports them. Or did it simply republish the author’s claims without conducting its own fact-checking?

We have demanded that Vanity Fair remove the article and preserve all records relating to its reporting, fact-checking, editorial review, and publication.

Republicans have a solid enough base that Senate candidates can afford to reach independents and ticket-splitters. That is what the “balance” and split-ticket messaging is for, winning voters in the middle while Andy Biggs is competing for governor. In 2024, roughly 10% of Arizona independents split their tickets between Trump (who won the state) and Democrat Ruben Gallego (who won the Senate). Partisans mostly stayed straight-ticket; the splitting came from independents. But hey, Democrats, you do you. Good luck with trying to shore up your base. Republicans know every voter counts.

Non-citizens voting in federal elections is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. § 611. DOJ has clear authority to enforce that ban through prosecution and can seek court orders to prevent states from facilitating it under the Supremacy Clause. States run elections, but they can’t ignore a federal criminal prohibition when given specific flags from federal records. If the lists are flawed, verification settles it.

Canvassers don’t have the final say on validity, county recorders do. But under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 16-182), knowingly helping or procuring the registration of someone who isn’t eligible is itself a class 6 felony.

The undercover footage shows canvassers from Hobbs-aligned groups assisting people who stated they were non-citizens or felons on probation (both ineligible), including marking the citizenship box. The process relies on truthful affirmation at the point of collection; officials later verifying imperfect databases doesn’t make facilitating false statements irrelevant.

the sexuality-based Egypt protection is documented. The criminal conviction that triggered removability is also documented. Third-country removal with diplomatic assurances is an established tool, not a novel invention. The due-process ruling is narrow. The conditions and subsequent treatment in Equatorial Guinea are poor, but they do not erase the prior steps or create an automatic right of return for every person who later speaks out.
