and this has not stopped. They will not not replace or repair as not a smart meter. They can’t install a smart meter as property is not ready. Had no hot water or heating (lucky it’s summer) since last Wednesday, with a 7 year old. @MartinSLewis can you help?

Landlord is replacing boiler with a new one. Amazing. Gas meter has not been reading correctly, so they need that working before that can install. Call your energy supplier to sort.. @ScottishPower say it’s not their issue due to the property being supplied gas.. 1/2
