@NoContextHumans US restaurant tipping culture. In every other country in the world, an employer pays an employee a reasonable wage. In the US, we’ve been tricked into not only paying for our goods (food/drink etc), but also paying the salary of the employee.

I’m assuming you’re z-scoring them against the group mean/SD? I’ll do that to investigate strategy, but I’ll probably look individually too, to look for MD+1 changes (we use DJ as a monitoring tool)
