@currys shocking customer service. Ordered package on Thursday to arrive in store Saturday. Still not arrived, just been lied to on phone when told it was on route to store. They gave me tracking code for DPD, just checked when off phone and courier is still awaiting package!!

@hotelscomhelp rather confused that I’ve had a hotel stay redeemed through old system cancelled due to hotel ‘closure’. Contacted hotel and they confirmed not closing and https://t.co/hq2yVUSz3R cancelled it. Issued refund of £16 for night worth £85. Same room available on date.
