@blach @GoogleWorkspace Wtf. Remote folks are for sure at a disadvantage but this write up from Google makes it seems like it’s a benefit to be remote. Unless it’s 10% in person and 90% remote AND you have someone in person being the eyes and ears to signal remote activity, in person always wins.
