👉 17-year-old Kishan , a minor had the top of his right shoulder torn off. Doctors operated on him and removed 60 small particles of foreign body from the injured area

👉 Johnson, 17 yr old minor: Damaged right eye, may lose vision. Grievously injured – whether by splinter, rubber bullet, or something else, nasal bone is fractured.

👉 Uttam Soibam 17 yr old minor underwent surgery at Raj Medicity. X-ray images showed dozens of “foreign particles” lodged in his skull.
Reportedly there were more than 50 particles in his head. Surgery lasted for hours.

👉 An official at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Medical Sciences, Imphal, said they had received 14 patients with injuries. “Of these, four had injuries with pellets lodged near the eye or the chest, which have been removed. We cannot tell the nature of the pellets, whether these are splinters from tear gas shells or rubber bullets

On the complaint given by the victim, Bodakdev police have booked Mohsin under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 354A, 294(b), 323. The incident happened on 25 September. Police started suo motu action and convinced the victim woman to file an FIR after counseling.
