I recently created a @ftx_us @SBF_FTX account to test the exchange and see how well it does compares to other exchanges available to U.S customers (Binance, Gemini, Coinbase). So far, I’m not happy with the turnaround time in getting accepted and funding my account.

I’ve never had such an issue before when dealing with other exchanges and funding via Wire Transfer. I’ve done this with Robinhood, Coinbase, Binance, Gemini… It’s been almost a week since I created the account and still cant buy/sell. @SBF_FTX why is this taking forever?

I sent a Wire Transfer from my bank to @ftx_us but they decided to withhold my funds because I have a “Joint-Bank Account”. Even though my name is on the account they decided it’s necessary to have the other bank account holder create a FTX account to release my wired funds.

On 9/4 I created an account and began the KYC to be able to deposit and withdraw any cryptocurrency into the exchange. I submitted all the documents as requested including additional documents from the support ticket I received. Was finally verified on 9/8 (4 Days)
