I had booked my flight to Canada in May 2019 and was entirely cancelled .Its been more than a year and still waiting for my refund. Only response I receive on email is 'Request is being processed'. Its high time!!. @jetairways @travelgenio @EconomicTimes @jetairways2020

@pramod1975 I am not sure if there is any established process in place yet. As usual, I was asked to contact on the website of the travel company where I did my booking. We are in the same boat!

I WILL NEVER OPT SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.Jet Airways had cancelled my mother's entire itenary. New insurance policy was purchased for her new trip,assuring us refund of premium of previous policy.I am informed that I am not eligible for refund.Its 7 months!
