@YodelOnline are the worst company I have ever come across. Damaged and lost around 10 parcels I’ve sent and no accountability. Make it impossible to get refunds and don’t deal with complaints. Steer clear of these criminals. Utter disgrace.

@CSamps79 Yes that’s poor service but I can assure you it’s not the standard. We’ve had to let a member of staff go recently and my assumption is that is who you dealt with. I apologise on behalf of Riddles for your experience.. it hasn’t been overlooked and will not be repeated.
