@InPostUK parcel has now been at the warehouse since 19th September tried online assistance and phone assistance but still no update. I take it I’m not getting this item ever ????

Hello, I have sent a tracked parcel but it’s showing as never left the drop off point. Drop off point staff assured me it’s been collected, app not updated and definitely not delivered. What do I need to do ?????

Just got my renewal email, gone up after no claims, so called your customer service. Have been informed and I quote ‘your insurance has gone up because other people crash cars’

Can you explain to me how my 11yr old son was allowed on the Q3 this morning, to go to school, paid his money then before the bus left told by the driver to get off as the bus wouldn’t be leaving and he wouldn’t get to school on time.

This isn’t the only issue - the Q3 service now is extremely poor.
