SENAITE hat derzeit zwei Hauptzweige, LIMS und HEALTH.

Das LIMS eignet sich gut für die chemische o. mikrobiologische Analytik, kann aber auch für andere Labore angepasst werden.
Der HEALTH-Zweig richtet sich vor allem an Gesundheitslabors um elektr. Patientendaten zu verwalten.
