I'm a millionaire.
If we measure what we have by our health, I'm so blessed I feel like a million bucks right now.
And with good health, we can do everything isn't it?
How would you live your day if you have a million dollars?
Happy 2024! I’ve never felt more excited than when I’m heading to work ready to make an impact on another person’s life.
I hope you find what brings you joy this year and keep that spark alive!
How cool feb 16 I wrote this and now I'm somewhere else https://t.co/afmrHH9j1i
Using writing as a manifestation tool moving forward
Curious, what do you use for manifesting?
I no longer know how to use this space.
If you're still on here, know I'm taking baby steps to come back.
Life is bigger than X, so are you.
Be awesome, be beautiful.
I'll see you when I see you. 🫶
Happy 50 days left till the end of the year.
Here’s to remind you me,
Only do the things that bring you joy.
Woke up this morning at 7am and took a walk because I’ve been missing one.
I miss you X fam. Have a beautiful day! 💕
You can't win if you don't like it because somebody else likes it and they're going to outwork you @garyvee
Lesson learnt: Choose something that you love so that you can keep doing it over and over.

Everyday has been vastly different from the next.
Yesterday I felt like a million bucks. I had an especially good day. I couldn’t sleep and lay in bed till 4am.
Woke up with vertigo.
This page from The Creative Act by @RickRubin spoke to me.
Life is strangely beautiful.
That’s Built to Last by Mêlée playing in the background.
Hi X fam, I’m finally heading to work!
So thankful for our body’s capabilities and what it can do for us.
Loving my Sunday morning. What you up to on a Sunday? 🌞
@CybRunner1 How would you get to 1M?
When I thought of that question, I was thinking about making sure I stay healthy so I can spend the money 😂 I’d love to find some way to give back too.
Is there anything else we can do to give back that doesn’t involve money?

Slowly getting back to regularly posting on X again and this shows up on my feed.
I love this @JoshABrown_
And happy mid autumn festival to everyone! 🥮
We celebrate this yesterday. Usually with mooncakes and tea.
This pic was sent by a friend. The rabbits look so cute! 😍
“Hey what’s your content strategy?”
A common question.
No surprise, it’s the backbone of your brand.
What you’ve heard:
• inspire
• educate
• entertain
But what if I told you there was a powerful content pillar nobody on X is talking about.
----------
Visual communication...
It predates the written word by 1000s of years.
Those carvings in caves from 40,000 years ago, the pen and paper, the invention of the first camera...
We communicate visually. We have for centuries.
Digital constraints like character limits make it harder to get your point across without cutting out essential information or removing storylines.
The common solution...
Improve your writing.
I agree, that’s a no brainer. I’d recommend that too.
But you have an entire realm of communication you’re not taking advantage of.
Art, Images, videos, infographics, memes, and GIFs.
You're not limited to words.
Broadly speaking, I see two ways to use visuals in your content strategy.
Let’s go!
----------
1. Connection
I started my X account with no idea on content creation…
What does a first-time entrepreneur with limited career experience start writing about?
Your guess is as good as mine.
But I practiced photography often, to the point were I didn’t scrunch my face up when I saw my photos on a big screen.
So I went with it.
If the last 3 months on X have taught me anything, it’s the power of visuals for building connection.
Whether it be personal images, videos, art, memes or even gifs.
They say more than words.
They bring you closer.
They elicit emotional responses to the point were the reader has no option but to engage with your content.
Now who doesn’t want that?
I know what you’re thinking…
“That’s all great Josh but how do I implement all this?”
So here’s how I’d do it:
• Experiment with all forms of visual communication.
• Analyse what is working (and what you enjoy)
• Develop your unique edge.
You must play to your strengths, but first you must find them.
----------
2. Idea Generation
I didn’t realise this at first…
But images are an amazing idea generator.
I can look at an image and be flooded with ideas.
It’s crazy.
Staring at your screen, head in hands and hair falling out…
“I have no idea what to write”
But if you ask the right questions you’ll squash writers block.
Kieran Drew says it best, and it goes for every piece of content you consume.
Ask yourself:
What does this mean to me?
Relate what you’re seeing to past experiences.
Example:
The image above reminds me of:
• copping deals at car boot sales
• developing a nerve injury
• playing guitar as a child
• my trip to Marseille
• being hungover
That's 5 storylines from 1 image.
Now all you have to do is frame that into some X-friendly content and you’re flying.
Your turn…
What does it mean to you?
I want to see it in the comments below.
Written and visual communication should co-exist in your brand.
Use to connect.
Use to create.
Now...
Go and implement all of the above.
----------
Thanks so much for reading!
