@vodafoneservice 2 Wochen lang einen Totalausfall gehabt. 2 Wochen lang meine Arbeit absagen müssen und daher kein Einkommen gehabt. Keine Entschädigung, garnichts. Lediglich den Monatsbeitrag rückerstattet bekommen. Das Unternehmen ist unmenschlich schlimm.

@vodafoneservice Habe die fristlose Kündigung schon mit Erklärung eingereicht. Es ist unverschämt, wie Vodafone diesen Ausfall behandelt. Seit einer Woche sitze ich hier ohne Internet. Verliere Geld durch Absagen der Arbeit, und bekomme keinen Überblick über die Dauer der Störung

@vodafoneservice seit Donnerstag habe ich in Berlin, 12053 weder Internet noch Festnetz. Die Störung wird einfach NICHT behoben, obwohl ich diese längst gemeldet habe. Heute ist der dritte Tag, an dem ich meine Arbeit absagen muss. Licht kann ich auch nicht anmachen.

DO NOT BOOK WITH @FlixBus
They will cancel your bus last minute, promise you a payout and then simply hand you a Gutschein (even if you're a foreigner who won't have the chance to use it). They are a criminal company and they ignore all calls and messages

@FlixBus I'm only here for one more week. According to other users, you ignore the contact forms. The email said I could get my money back but then all of a sudden, I was only given a Gutschein. How can I contact you and actually receive a response?

To anyone coming on holiday to Germany. Do NOT book with @FlixBus
They are a criminal company. After THEY cancelled my journey, they are refusing to pay me back my money. A voucher is of NO USE to me since I don't live in Germany! They have stolen my money.
