@TUIUK sending People to hotels where there is a food poisoning outbreak. Won't allow people to change hotels due to terms and conditions. Happy to put people's lives at risk.
@DailyMirror@TUIUK know there is an issue with food poisoning in another hotel in Turkey and are happy to send customers there. They will not let me change hotels as I am supposed to travel in 24 days without it costing me the whole cost of the holiday.

@KikoMilanoUK I placed an order on 29th November which I still haven't received. Your customer service is appalling no one responds to my emails and the call back requests I make I just get cut off. Can someone please respond to my emails.
